"This festival is a gem for genre filmmakers! The concept of a film fest dedicated to historical fare immediately caught my eye and fills a niche I haven't seen addressed by many festivals. Jonathan (festival director) was quick to communicate, and clearly has a passion for filmmaking. My Western short, "Tell No Tales", was an Official Selection in their inaugural season and received great publicity. Many festivals (especially when they're starting out) don't know what they are, so I was impressed by Festival of Time's clarity of vision straight out of the gates. I have a feeling this festival will get better and better with each season, and grow into a "must-submit" for period pieces and native films."
